How it works

No staking, no claiming. The tax is handled by an on-chain vault, and a crank runs its steps every few minutes.

Every transfer pays 5%
TEST is a Token-2022 token with a 5% transfer fee. Every buy, sell and wallet-to-wallet transfer holds back 5% of the tokens moved.

The vault collects it
Once at least 0.05 XNT worth is waiting, the vault collects it and burns the 25% burn share on the spot. Those tokens are gone for good.

Sold for XNT, gently
The rest is sold into the pool for XNT. No sale may move the price by more than 2.5% (half the tax, never over 3%); if the waiting TEST is too much for that, only the part that fits is sold and the rest waits for the next sale, at most one per slot.

25% deepens liquidity
That XNT is added to the pool with matching TEST, and the LP tokens it gets are burned, so it can never be withdrawn.

40% goes to holders
It's split by balance across every wallet holding at least 1,000 TEST (pools, the vault and program accounts don't count), and each wallet's share builds up. Once 1 XNT is waiting, a new payout list of every wallet's running total is pinned to IPFS with its fingerprint on-chain. After a 10-minute window in which the guardian can cancel a wrong list, each wallet owed at least 0.001 XNT is paid in XNT straight to its wallet; the vault records what it paid, so nobody is paid twice.

10% to the creator
Swapped to USDC and released over 7 days to whoever holds the launch liquidity lock NFT.

A wallet's first payment also opens its on-chain payment record (about 0.0015 XNT of rent, paid by whoever runs the vault), so it waits until the wallet is owed the minimum plus that rent. Anyone can run the next step with “Run the vault now” on 99 + Tax: they pay the network fees and that rent. Whoever runs a tax sale earns 1% of the holders' XNT portion, capped at 0.05 XNT per sale. If the site ever stopped publishing payout lists, after 30 days anyone could pay holders from the last one.

A bot run by 99 + Tax that sends the vault's steps on-chain every few minutes and pays their fees. The vault program limits what it can do: collect, sell into the pool, add liquidity, and pay holders exactly what the published list says. Each list is public on IPFS with its fingerprint on-chain, and waits a while before it takes effect, so the creator can cancel a wrong one.
